Tigest Wako Bire coffee from Bonanza Coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe highlands of Ethiopia and is a coffee with a unique profile that retains the traditions and quality of its Ethiopian origins. With natural processing, this coffee offers vibrant notes of blueberry, raspberry candy and sweet nectarine. The heirloom beans are grown in the Wogida region, where local grower Tigest Wako maintains a traditional and careful approach to production. Bonanza Coffee chose to offer this coffee because of its uniqueness – it is produced directly by one farmer, which is rare in Ethiopia.
