Terms and conditions of use of the gift card

1. The value indicated on the gift card will be deducted from the price of the purchase on the Kavava.eu portal.
2. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money, exchanged or combined with another card. The full value of the card must be used in one purchase.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or in the event of a legitimate claim, the value of the purchase will be refunded with a new replacement gift card.
4. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period it becomes invalid.
5. The voucher can be used exclusively for purchases in the online shop on the Kavava.eu portal.
6. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to its terms of use.
7. The purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure of KAVAVA EU, s. r. o.
8. The gift card cannot be replaced if lost.
9. The voucher cannot be used if another discount (e.g. discount coupon, credits or other gift voucher) is already in the order.
