It is in our interest to resolve everything as quickly as possible, so you don't have to worry about waiting any longer than necessary for the equipment to be processed.

How do I claim the goods?

In case you decide to claim the goods, please send them to Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, CZ together with the completed claim form, which can be found here.

We will inform you in writing about the progress of the complaint, in particular about its acceptance, processing or rejection, by e-mail or text message. We can also contact you by phone.

We will decide on the claim without delay. It will not take more than 30 days to process the complaint, including the rectification of the defect. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to meet the deadline, it is essential that you provide the necessary cooperation.

When can I claim the goods?

We shall be liable for any defects in the goods on delivery which become apparent within the next 24 months. However, we cannot be held liable for newly created errors, especially if they are caused by improper use. For used goods, we are not liable for defects corresponding to the level of use or wear and tear that the used goods had upon delivery. In the case of goods with an expiry date, we are also responsible for the fact that the goods will be fit for use at that time.
