How should I proceed when withdrawing from the contract without giving a reason?

Please notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The most convenient option is to contact us at info@kavava.eu. You can also use the sample withdrawal form, which can be found here.

Send the goods without delay to Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, CZ. If you received extra goods from us free of charge ("gift") in connection with the conclusion of the contract, you must also return this gift.

The purchase price of the goods will be refunded to you within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

When can I withdraw from the contract without giving a reason?

You can return any goods you have bought from us. The exception is unpacked and used coffee, as it is a non-returnable food item at that point.
